This podcast is about the pursuit of truth, and you can feel the genuineness in the host as he does this without any hidden agenda or ulterior motives. Curiosity, compassion, openness to new ideas and perspectives, and a general love for freedom, exploration, and play, are what characterize the show. If you’re looking for a breath of fresh air in the intellectual realm, this will be a great listen.

I really enjoy the combination of ideas that Joel brings up on his podcast. While most other podcasts are formulaic and meant for the masses, Joel’s show is truly something different than what I’ve heard out there and will click with the right listener. I think it’s also a podcast that you need to listen to carefully- there are some pretty deep concepts that go far beyond just “ear candy” entertainment and instead will make you examine things more closely- whether that’s your life or the world around you.
