#07 | Reflecting On Responsibility
I asked a friend of mine if there was something she was closely contemplating and questioning for herself, and whether she would like to hear my 2 cent/perspective on it. In this flow I explore the notion of Responsibility and what that may mean for each and everyone of us as we live this one life together.

#05 | How Can I Accept Who I Am?
Hello everyone, thank you so much for checking out my channel! In this episode, I approach a question that I have found to be widely asked by my clients, and generally sought after in the field of personal development and well-being. In my experience, working on this question has driven and cultivated my entire sense of peace. I believe that as humans we all carry an incipient feeling of discomfort with life, whether it is with people or ourselves, this inexplicable irritation appears in many forms yet no matter what, we seem to somehow always be compelled to seek wholeness, acceptance and joy. What a beautiful dance. More to the point, the challenges I feel we face collectively with regards to accepting ourselves is most often always a symptom of our own entanglements with identification, excess thinking and anxiety about a current life situation, and how we wish it could be different. In this talk, I merely try to guide you into accepting yourself right here, right now, free fr

#04 | The Newyear Is Always Now
Happy New Year everyone, but most importantly, I really want to remind you that the new year is no different then a new month, a new day or a new second. - Not a moment goes by that isn’t new. Please see that It is the celebration of life constantly unfolding right here and now, that is at the root of your elation for the new year, not the anticipated midnight tick on the 2018 clock. Imagine if we all relished in this together, all the time. Celebrating newyear is but a conditional way for you to feel permission to celebrate your own joy; it is yours and it is available at all times, so why only on the new year? Who here wishes to drop this idea that certain moments on our calendar dictate how, and when our precious and finite time on this rock - as this rock - is worth celebrating? ❤️☯️🔥🙏

RAW FLOW: Is Fear Always The Same Fear?
1500+ hours of meditation changes you mentally, physiologically and energetically in way the intellectual mind will never know. I can see this as being so for me because my meditative practice has, over time, brought me to a more direct sense of being; a direct way of interacting with people, with situations and with my thoughts / emotions. A less-direct way of living would be akin to perceiving and interfacing with the world through a filter (over thinking, prejudices, strong beliefs) When overused, our psychological mind ignores the reality of a given situation, and in a knee-jerk fashion reacts unconsciously causing uncalibrated behaviours and inauspicious outcomes. I can see clearly that FEAR is but a feeling, based on old beliefs, old programming and past conditioning that may no longer serve us today. Regardless, this felt sense of FEAR is a felt sensation in the body, and no matter what the situation is, or who the person is that apparently causes you to feel this FEAR, the fear

THIS IS THE KEY STATE OF MIND THAT FUELS MY HAPPINESS! — Why do we celebrate our birthday in a way that is not sustained every single day? Should we not live in that constant state of celebration?
