In Dr. Martin Luther King Jr’s 1963 work Strength to Love, he wrote that “It is not enough to aid a wounded man on the Jericho Road; it is also important to change the conditions that make robbery possible.” This interpretation of the parable of the Good Samaritan has led to our two-part approach to tackling racial injustice. Our first approach is education through media and discussion. Our second approach is to take tangible action. Listen to a new episode of the Jericho Road Project every other Friday as we continue the fight to end racism and injustice.
