This was an awesome episode to do with my good friend Katherine Huck. She is a co-owner of Mountainside Bakery & Cafe in Princeton MA. We chatted about the beginnings of the bakery, why she decided to open a bakery in the first place, her past careers, the biggest risk she's taken, the DCR agreement with Massachusetts, and more.  

If you've never been to this bakery (Wachusett Mountain Superintendent's House) on Wachusett Mountain in Central Mass, you're missing out! The views are beautiful, the drive is beautiful, and you can even see Boston down the road on sunny days! You won't regret going here for the food/drinks or just checking out the atmosphere. It will become a favorite for you.
