This episode was a long time coming for me. I've wanted to do this episode for awhile but I just couldn't come around to it. But finally I came around to it. It took awhile for me to feel comfortable doing this. There's other people like me out there who struggle with OCD unknowingly. And no, OCD is not just that you're a clean freak. It's a hell of a lot deeper than that as I talk about in this episode. Your mental health comes before anything else. Ask for help, there's so many people that love you and would be glad to help ❤️
