In this episode, I am excited to announce some changes coming to the podcast.  The IRC Buzz will now be known as Live Better LBK!  This new change was inspired to connect more with the community and the city of Lubbock.  New episodes will feature various topics regarding fitness, nutrition, mindset, lifestyle, and upcoming events happening in Lubbock.  Excited about this rebrand and looking forward to future episodes.
