Welcome to "The Indigo Diaries." Join host Natasha Hickling in the third and long-lasting series: "The World Through an Our Eyes.."  

This week Natasha is back with an ‘Open Mind Sessions’ where she will be joined by guest speaker, Renata Fester. Renata is a Career Coach who lives in South Africa and works with clients from around the world. She loves good coffee and better company and is a sucker for good dessert. Renata has spent almost 15 years figuring out what she wanted to be when she grew up. After making three career transitions herself from engineering to education and then into corporate life, she has learnt a few things along the way.  She has learnt that careers and career development can be overwhelming BUT with the right support can also be enjoyable and sustainable. Today she shares her wealth of knowledge and expertise with others who find themselves also trying to figure out what their next step is in their career journey. 

In this episode, Renata’s goal is to help people make informed decisions about their careers and about their career development. She looks at this through the Lens of ADHD and believes that Ideal Career happen by design, and it all starts with YOU.
