Welcome to "The Indigo Diaries." Join host Natasha Hickling as she interviews another guest, Helen Pengelly in the new diary entry of the series.
Helen Pengelly grew up in West London and has lived on the south coast in West Sussex since 1986 apart from a few years living abroad in Mallorca and Qatar in the 90s. She has had a varied career as a youth leader, barmaid, bookkeeper, EFL teacher, maths teacher, and running a business selling gluten-free food. She now works as a spiritual coach and mentor after discovering meditation in 2006, which saved her life. She found she had ADHD in June 2021, a month before her 58th birthday, and now wants to support women who have been diagnosed later in life and guide them on their healing journey.
Helen is on a mission to help people find happiness from within and promote a more ethical and sustainable lifestyle by learning to be kind and compassionate to all. She believes we should all be working together to raise the planet’s consciousness and make the world a better place for all.
In this episode, Helen shares her story of living so many years undiagnosed, the ability to heal herself and the world, and her late knowledge of ADHD that opened many doors.
