Dear Diary,
Welcome to "The Indigo Diaries." Join host Natasha Hickling in the third and long-lasting series: "The World Through an Our Eyes.."
This week Natasha is back with a "Starting the Conversation" session where she will focus on either a diary entry or experience of individuals with ADHD. She will explore how we could approach it from their eyes!
Today, she will be diving in deep to look at a scenario involving an adolescent whose environment doesn't accept their ADHD and feels confused, lost and without hope. She starts the conversation with an analogy of the Insight tree to reflect the importance of looking at one's inner self before exploring the external world.
Have you ever thought: Maybe it's the environment and not you! There are many obstacles, weeds and things in the environment that can try and stop us blossom.
Come learn, listen, and experience the world through not her eyes, our eyes!
