(or use any cream/creamer/nondairy option you want)   Method: Pour your coffee into a glass coffee cup if possible. Any will do however. The slight metallic taste adds a lot to this drink.)  add the vodka, lime juice and ginger beer and stir slowly so you can chill the drink without wrecking the carbonation.
