I thank God that I stumbled across this podcast a month ago. I really appreciate the correlation between mental health and religion. I believe everyone has or is struggling with mental health issues. This podcast is filled with great information and two genuine spirts. The host make each podcast short,sweet, funny, and knowledgeable.

This was definitely divinely orchestrated!! Oprah and Janelle are a match made in heaven! I love the vibe between the two of them and they are so real! I feel like they are my close girlfriends. Yes, I’m a little biased but I enjoy listening to this podcast! The blend of therapy and Christianity by Janelle and Oprah is welcoming to all audiences. I love their natural cohesion and how they try to interact with the listeners. Great job!

So I am 7 episodes in and I absolutely love it!! These women are very encouraging, open and honest about whatever the topic of the week/month is! I love hearing their insight and information on certain mental illnesses or diseases! This topic is well needed and appreciated in the Christian community! Also, Janelle and Oprah are Hilarious!! Lol! They’re great to listen to especially in the mornings when you’re on the way to work!! I can’t wait to see the millions of people that will be blessed by this podcast!!
