Everybody has a story...yeah, yeah, yeah I know.... However, I have decided to share parts of my story and the skills that I've learned through experience and therapy to transform my trauma into my testimony. I've had to unlearn so many of the ideas that were embedded in my deepest thoughts as a young adult. After experiencing the power of forgiveness and radical exceptance, I am learning and practicing to HONESTLY love myself. Hopefully you will be inspired and influenced to implement some changes that will lead to healthy and effective lifestyle changes.
