After a few months of hiatus, we are back for the season 2. First episode is kicked off by one of my friends, Franz Custado who currently works as an aviation engineer. Also, he has recently started his own business. I have seen how Franz has persevered to be where he is right now and how he didn't let difficulties and challenges limit him from achieving his goal. He is still on the pursuit of achieving his goals but he has not stopped. He has always set a goal for himself and this has been motivating him to get up everyday and work hard. To anyone who needs a little push, this one's for you! Enjoy

It's a special birthday episode! As I celebrate my birthday this year, I have decided to invite my friend Edson again on the podcast, but this time, we have switched places. I asked him to take over the podcast and ask me any questions. Of course, having whiskey on hand made it more interesting. In this episode, we talk about the story behind the "Make it Happen" mantra, tips on how to be successful and happy in life and a lot more interesting topics. As I can't have a proper party, why don't you join me on this birthday special episode?Enjoy!!

We are joined by one of my good friends, Edson, who recently started his journey 2 years ago and already had enormous results. He shared with us the reason he decided to have healthier food options, join the gym and give up his sweet tooth. Aside from losing 25 kgs, he told us that he feels much happier and healthier after he made the commitment on sticking to his fitness routine. Also, he mentioned that his main goal is to still look bad-ass on his 50s, like Keanu Reeves. On a normal day, Edson works as a Nurse and a massive Heavy Metal fan. The first episode talks about the reason The Idol podcast was started, the story behind the name, and what the future episodes will be about. This is a quick and raw material. I wanted it to sound raw to inspire other people that it is okay to not have a good start, that it won't come out perfect on the first try, the most important thing is to start it, make it happen. It took a lot of courage and second guessing before this project was finally started. But there you have it, it's finally here. It is not perfect but we're on constant pursuit to perfection. It will always be messy on the first try anyway, learning to be the best while enjoying the process.
