Adam introduces a hypnosis session created for a client going through a major life change who wanted closure with deceased loved ones and to extract wisdom from them. The induction relaxes the body and guides the imagination back through time to a beach where two oceans meet, using magical chairs to summon significant people, including someone unpleasant (symbolically dissolved into sand) and someone full of life and charisma. The client converses with this figure, receives a symbolic transfer of a valued quality, then meets their future self five years on, before merging past, present and future selves into one. The broader theme is not settling, living according to true values, and finding connection without losing control. Adam notes the session was bespoke and some references may not fit every listener.
