Welcome to the Hot Girl Headspace! A goal I had was to reflect within myself everyday and hold myself accountable for my growth and progress. I wanted to form the journey into a podcast where others can follow along and join the journey of creating a headspace that's pleasant to be in. There's all this talk about embodying hot girl energy, your divine feminine, and becoming that girl. But we're already hot girls, just maybe not in the best headspace!
