Highly recommended. I’m a 4th year in an Econ PhD program and I am learning SO MUCH about the world of academic econ from this podcast. I’d go so far as to say that it gives me a feeling of community with these cool, friendly hosts and their guests. Would love to hear more “what it’s like in X job” and “how to target X job” for young people considering this profession. Thanks for making this!!

Great podcast that hits on important topics that are rarely discussed formally in PhD programs.

Huge fan of this podcast. Would love to hear more about recommended collaboration tools (Overleaf, GitHub, etc.), as well as tips for making the transition from pre-doc to grad student to the job market! But keep up the great work, can’t wait for the next episode.
