The HeroKids!
The HeroKids!
HeroKids
A D&D play-through of the tabletop role-playing world“Hero Kids”. With siblings and the occasional guest. Rating PG (for cartoonish violence and probably inevitable potty humor *sigh*) Credits: RPG Tabletop system (HeroKids) - by Justin Halliday Campaign Setting based on Justin Halliday and WotC. Sound Effects via Tabletop Audio Special thanks to my significant other (for tolerating me making mouth-sound effects in the background) Reviews: “I’ve never heard of it.” - random passerby “Hey get that microphone out of my face!” My boss “So you’ll give me 5 bucks to say ‘I like it’?” - Cousin
Session 4*: Trouble in the Forest “Rabid Rabbits”
The Hero Kids are gathering plants for school on Moonday, when a cry for help erupts from the forest! But wait, are those bunnies? Why are the forest creatures acting so strange? Who is this new friend? Content Warning: Sentient-ish moving witch’s Wart. This episode was technically Session 6 (some missing episodes will return at a later date once the audio files are recovered). Explore our take on the setting and game systems via our Wiki. Leave your input, questions, or ideas via a recording (you can specify if you want it aired or kept private)! Hero Kids’ Brecken Vale setting is based on Justin Haliday’s original creation of the Hero Kids TTRPG, with slight modifications. Adventure Module: Trouble in the Forest by Roving Band of Misfits.

Rivenshore Interlude: Touring the Town
In this episode, we the listener take a trip through the village of Rivenshore. We’ll meet the colorful folk that work and live in the fields and docks. Learn who works the anvil that can be heard midday. And hint at the secrets laying under the dirt streets. All sound effects and music from TabletopAudio.com. (Warning this episode is still a work in progress currently, but I wanted to get something out rather than nothing.)
