It seems that in our oh so busy world, we neglect to schedule time for ourselves to rest. Seems like we need to give ourselves permission or feel we are slacking or wasting time. He shared that his hero is "Anyone pursuing God. That is usually the person that steps in and helps others to the end. Regardless."
