This week we are delighted to be joined by our first guest on the Podcast Shane Smith, Shane has a very interesting approach to coaching which we discuss at length. Shane has a wealth of knowledge and experience when it comes to coaching having worked with his club Thomas Davis as a GPO, coaching Kilmacud Crokes senior footballers and working in the trenches coaching his kids U7 boys football & U9 Camogie teams along with a multitude of sports in his job.  Shane is a school teacher by trade, so has a really good understanding when it comes to the educational and sporting needs of kids.
