2020 marks the 100th anniversary of the passage of the 19th Amendment, guaranteeing and protecting women's constitutional right to vote. This movement marked the largest expansion of democracy in the history of our country. We reflect back on the decades-long struggle, gender equality, and a discussion on how women have advanced in the society and in business.
How has this passage changed how women are perceived today? In the 100 years of expansion, are women perceived more equal or de we have more work to do?
