The End of the Hardcore Closer Era | THC 306
Twelve years ago, Ryan Stewman launched the Hardcore Closer Podcast.  At that time in his life, he was working in sales..........his whole world was sales.   The inception of the Hardcore Closer brand came during a mortgage closing at a local title company and the woman handed her card to Ryan and on it said her name and her title........."Closer."  At the time, this made Ryan laugh partly cause he was drunk and partly because "Betty" at the title company was a paper-pushing facilitator and not a true closer.  Ryan was a closer when he was in the mortgage and automotive industries.  When the salespeople couldn't get a "yes" they would send Ryan in to seal the deal.  He started working with people in the mortgage industry, and real estate helping them generate leads, build funnels, build CRMs, and taught them the systems and processes necessary to follow up like a boss, have more conversations, close more sales and make more money.  As intended, human beings evolve.  At this point in life, Ryan has become more than just a salesperson.  Sales got him to the place where he had enough experience, and proof of concept and he's taught thousands of people the strategies and tactics that helped him become a multi-millionaire.  And he kept evolving. He's written books.  Spoken on stages.  Attracted a killer staff, helped other entrepreneurs grow and scale their companies, and this has made him something different........the example, and now, a leader.  In this episode, Ryan does a deep dive into the inception of the Hardcore Closer Brand, some of the journeys he's taken along the way, and a detailed outline of what transformation looks like moving forward.  As you know, most things don't go away, they just get good.  #RiseAbove    How to Get Involved: This planet is based on an algorithm and with every positive action, there is an adverse reaction. Ryan Stewman rose and overcame a life of addiction,  Imprisonment, divorce, and circumstances that would break the spirit of the average human being. He went on to create a powerful network of winners and champions of life and business creating a movement that quickly changed lives one day at a time. How to Recession-Proof Your Life in 3 Simple Steps | THC 304
Looking to achieve a recession-proof lifestyle with multiple streams of income? Ryan shares his principles on how to do just that. By diversifying his income streams, he has created a business that can withstand any economic situation. Ryan emphasizes the importance of planting and nurturing numerous seeds of income now to reap the benefits later, as well as being aware of potential business risks and having multiple streams of income to protect oneself.   Ryan used to make 15-20K a month by writing contracts, speaking for a real estate program, and flipping homes. He has over 100 streams of income that make him nearly seven figures each month, from coaching, live events, masterminds, phone sites, affiliates, promoters, salespeople, corporate accounts, rental homes, and affiliate deals. To become recession-proof, Ryan emphasizes the need to plant and nurture numerous seeds of income now to reap the benefits later.   Having multiple streams of income can help protect oneself from potential business risks. Ryan explains the importance of having multiple sources of income from activities done in years past, similar to how country folks are patient when it comes to getting results. It's not just about planting one seed but planting a variety of seeds that will ensure you will have income even if something goes wrong.   In summary, if you want to achieve a recession-proof lifestyle with multiple streams of income, Ryan recommends diversifying your income streams, planting and nurturing numerous seeds of income, and having multiple streams of income to protect oneself from potential business risks.   How to Get Involved: This planet is based on an algorithm and with every positive action, there is an adverse reaction. Meet My Personal Banker | THC 303
Michael Jones: Man of the Community and Advocate for Financial Security  Federal Regulators Force Abrupt Bank Shutdown If you're reading this, you might be freaking out a bit, especially with the Feds taking over and shutting down the Silicon Valley Bank a couple of weeks ago. But, everything you see that comes to a head is usually rooted in decisions made.....sometimes good and sometimes shit......SVBG failed due to bad decisions with cash, such as investing in Treasury bonds and not being able to give it out on demand. Banks around the world are struggling with the mismanagement of cash. The biggest banks are too big to fail, but smaller mid-market tier banks are offering safe havens for business owners to store their money. These banks use ICS and Cedar accounts to spread the money across multiple banks in a network to ensure the funds are safe Michael Jones is my personal banker and I've been working with him for years.  He is involved in the community, running for city council in McKinney, TX, managing an economic development board with a budget of $22 million, and managing a restaurant that employs adults with special needs.   What You'll Learn: People are now looking to use CDEs, ICS accounts, and other banking programs to protect their money instead of making more interest off it. Banks are tightening credit due to the pandemic and blockchain technology is being used to digitally store titles. Michael Jones is involved in the community and running for city council in McKinney, TX, managing an economic development board with a budget of $22 million, and managing a restaurant that employs adults with special needs.                                   Cash used to mean freedom for most people. It was not traceable and quite frankly, is still widely used and preferred to this day by many people. But there's an issue.....the Government can't track you the way they want to.   They want to be in your lives.  All the way in.  So, one way to control you is to control your money. Everything is tracked, accounted for, and if they have to in some cases, it will be rationed.  Right now there are a lot of people up in arms due to realizing there may be things they have to do they can't control.  This episode is going to give you a little insight into what you can expect and the reason the banks are going through a transition right now.    How to Get Involved: This planet is based on an algorithm and with every positive action, there is an adverse reaction. All About the Bank | THC Podcast 302
Understanding the Federal Reserve and How to Protect Your Money in the Digital Age In 1913, JP Morgan and others established the Federal Reserve, a private banking institution that controls monetary policy and loans trillions of dollars to the US government each year. Banks are allowed to loan out 10 times more money than they have on hand, and larger financial institutions are buying up assets and liquidating them at prices they decide. The government is buying up assets from a tech-driven bank and media reports can easily trick people into withdrawing their money. It's better to have money in larger banks since the government will protect it, and it is important to keep track of where your money is and use silica packs to protect it if you're keeping it at home. We're headed towards a digital currency which could come with some control issues, but it looks like it's inevitable. Key Lessons Banks are allowed to loan out 10 times more money than they have on hand. Larger financial institutions are buying up assets and liquidating them at prices they decide. Protecting your money may require using silica packs if you're keeping it at home. Summary A financial expert explains how the banking system works, how it affects people and stock prices, and suggests that people stack their cash for the next six months in order to prepare for potential financial losses. In 1913, JP Morgan and other tycoons met on Jekyll Island, Georgia, to establish the Federal Reserve, a private banking institution that was a major trick on U.S. citizens. Before 1913, communication was slow, so the government wasn't able to react quickly to the Federal Reserve's decisions. The Federal Reserve is not a federal institute but tells the government how much money to print The Federal Reserve creates and controls monetary policy, loaning trillions of dollars to the US government each year. Bank of America borrows money from the Fed at a 5% interest rate, which is used to pay the national debt. Banks are able to loan out 10X more money than they have on hand by getting a "banking license" from the Fed This process has led to some banks making bad decisions with their money, and the US government has had to bail out banks twice since I've been alive. Banks are being bought up by larger financial institutions, like Blackstone and Blackrock, and then they liquidate the assets at prices they decide to give to people with large amounts of money. Smaller people with money are also receiving offers to buy assets at discounted prices, showing that the bigger play is something to be wary of The government is buying up assets from a tech-driven bank, likely as a way to control the flow of information on tech sites. People reacted to media reports of the bank's potential failure by withdrawing their money, which caused a run on the bank. People were also fooled into buying unnecessary amounts of toilet paper due to media reports This shows how easy it is for the media and government to collude. Air is the only free thing on the planet, and if there is a threat to your money, it is better to have it in a larger bank like Bank of America, Chase, or Wells Fargo, as the government will protect it if it is taken. Smaller regional banks may be at risk, so it is important to keep track of where your money is The government won't let banks fail, so if you have money in one of them, chances are you're safe. But if you're keeping cash in your house, use silica packs to avoid moisture damage. We've gone from gold to paper money as a way to make carrying large amounts of money easier, and now we're headed toward digital currency This could come with some control issues, but it looks like it's inevitable. The Sales Game: Putting in Reps and Reading Faces | THC 301
To become successful in sales, it is essential to put in the reps and do the work. This requires hard work and dedication, just like David Goggins who became the fittest man in the world through dedication and reps.   Alex Hormosi and Andy Frisella discussed how the speaker learned how to talk to people quickly and effectively at a young age and how to adjust his sales pitch based on what kind of car the customer was driving.  In order to become number one in the company and market, reps and reading people's facial expressions and tonalities are essential.   Key Lessons It is possible to become the fittest man in the world through dedication and reps. It is important to be able to quickly and effectively talk to people and adjust your sales pitch based on what kind of product your prospect wants.  Reading people's facial expressions and tonalities is essential to becoming number one in any company and marketplace.  Summary At 13 years of age, Ryan Stewman was working at his family car wash. He learned how to make offers, upsell, and close deals on the spot at a high volume.  Consistency and many repetitions helped make him a savage salesperson by the time he was 20 years old.    He learned to read people's facial expressions and tonalities, which he calls the foundation of sales. He learned to adjust his sales pitch based on what kind of car the customer was driving.     Once you become a top producer, it's not enough; you have to become number one in the company and market to be truly successful. This requires hard work and dedication, as exemplified by Cameron Haynes passing David Goggins in an ultra marathon. David Goggins didn't become the fittest man in the world overnight.  He put in the reps in order to become successful.   If you want to be great at sales you have to learn to:    -Read people -Become an excellent communicator  -Shake hands, make friends -Get told "No" multiple times before getting a "yes."  -Be willing to rinse and repeat over and over again until success is reached   Programs from sales experts can help, but ultimately, you just need to do the work.   How to Get Involved: This planet is based on an algorithm and with every positive action, there is an adverse reaction. It's Impossible to Recess When You're At Your Best | THC 297
I was avoiding having this conversation, but it looks like the news won't STFU about it, so on this episode, we're going to dive deep into the "R" word which will only be referenced for those who don't really know what this truly means.  The "R" word refers to recession.  You may have noticed it. Food.  Gas.  Everyday products you use have continued to climb.  Some businesses are taking advantage of it and others have to do it because in order to survive, it's a must.  The truth of the matter is, this isn't the first recession and it won't be the last.  There's the hint and therein lies the opportunity.  When people are scared, get greedy.  But you can't be greedy if you're not prepared.  This means living on less not just during a recession, but during times of abundance.  Here's something to think about.............. Recessions don't affect those who have been great conservators and stewards of their resources.  They've lived on the 70/20/10 principles along the way (The 21 Unbreakable Rules of Money), and have "saved for a rainy day."  Recessions that affect the rest of the population are one example of a "rainy day."  There is so much opportunity right now.  There's tons of money to be had if you're prepared to meet the demands of what's required from the marketplace.  Investing time in honing and crafting your skills, and making relationships by putting out content that educates, informs, and entertains people about what's really happening.  In this episode, you'll get a crash course in modern-day economics and how you can come out stronger, better, and more financially stable than most.  #RiseAbove    How to Get Involved: This planet is based on an algorithm and with every positive action, there is an adverse reaction.
