The Power of Talking: Why Conversations Can Save Lives

Welcome to The Happy Plug Podcast , where I Meggan O’Reilly are your host. I discuss all things Mental health, Psychology, Exercise & Nutrition, a little poetry & music and some fabulous Guest Speakers who share their own experiences through life. I believe in Kindness and Mental Health work hand in hand to prompt an open conversation. I also believe that we can reduce the stigma associated with mental illness by being open and honest about our struggles. I back up our discussions with research and facts and personal experience.
