Do you set New Year’s Resolutions? Do you think their pointless? Or a waist of time? I don’t... These are just some of the goals I’ve set for myself for this year!

Yooooooooooo, I haven’t recorded an episode it almost a year!!! But life happened and I can’t wait to catch up with you all!!

The transition is an impromptu episode. One Monday, I woke up with a heavy feeling of sadness and uncertainty. I felt like I was okay with managing all of the new changes in my life, but in that moment I realized that along with the excitement and happiness was fear and doubt. In episode 3 of The Handbook, I discuss the emotions I felt when I asked my ex for a divorce. Often times, we only feel sympathy for the person who receives the message, while disregarding the sender. Hopefully after this episode that will change!
