He then launched a window cleaning business in Michigan. He struggled to pay his bills for several years until he started implementing business systems. He eventually grew his cleaning business to produce over $150,000 a month in revenue, sold it and then moved his Family to Costa Rica. He launched a software company called Send Jim and an education company called Automate Grow Sell and each now does multi-millions a year in revenue. Josh now spends his time helping other business owners and raising 5 kids with his high school sweetheart wife, Ashlee.
