This weeks guest is SP:MC. SP is a veteran MC of Drum and Bass and UK Dubstep, having started MCing on the circuit around 2001 and having MCd for greats such as Friction (who he toured with extensively), Andy C, Alix Perez and dBridge. Alongside his MC career, SP is a highly successful producer, having released on record labels such as Tempa and Shogun. His catalogue of releases is varied, ranging from garage, to UK Dubstep and DnB. SP has collaborated with artists such as Skeptical, Breakage, LX ONE and Youngsta.
Episode one explores a range of themes such as what it’s like to be an MC and producer in 2020, SPs career and chronology including the exclusive on his new label, the technical aspects of producing and MCing and finally a section including questions submitted by our audience.
