Janie and Ioan are a young couple who live in North Wales. They have two kids and they run a family business called Elidir Fencing which is a dry stone walling company. Janie went to university but Ioan went straight into work from a young age. This is something we talk about, as well as converting to more environmentally focused practices, reaching out to young people to preserve more practical trades in the green sector and also how to get more practical work experience as a young person.
