You hate what you weigh but are unable to weigh less. Why is that? It's because every time you feel bad or want to feel better or don't get enough affection, love or other emotions you value you put food in your mouth. Everyone seems to be asking you for money based on promises that they will enable you to permanently "lose weight." Everyone also knows that this is nonsense!!
Diets will never enable you to permanently weigh less. WHY? Because you and just about everyone else on earth have been attempting to satisfy their emotional needs with food. Putting food in your mouth makes you feel better and stops you from feeling bad. It is just that simple.

Okay. You weigh too much and you hate it. You want to weigh less but you can't. You think that it's because you have a big "appetite." NONSENSE. Do you know what your appetite is? Probably not.
