Send us a textDr Angela Servis is a GP with a Specialist Interest in Men's Health, Spent 17 Years as a British Army Doctor and is the Founder and Medical Director at Eden Clinic for Men, in Plymouth, UK.After graduating from Peninsula Medical school, she started her Army career in Germany with an armoured engineer regiment and travelled to various countries supporting their activities, finishing her time with them with a deployment to Afghanistan. She later completed her GP training at Derriford hospital before getting posted to 29 commando. She then had a brief stint with a signals Regt before leaving the army after 17 years in 2022. She developed her interest in Men’s Health after seeing changes in a soldier who was struggling with low mood. She checked his testosterone levels on a whim and then realised she wasn’t even sure how to manage his testosterone deficiency as it is not covered in Med School. This set her off on an educational journey, getting mentored by Professor Hackett from the British Society for sexual medicine and finally setting up her own CQC registered clinic in Plymouth City Centre. Having witnessed the devastating impact that testosterone deficiency can have on men and how underserved it is in the NHS she is passionate about offering a wholistic approach to management through Eden clinic. Offering lifestyle support, and exercise and nutrition advice for her patients in partnership with my husband, Guy Servis who is a strength and conditioning coach and health adviser.
