Danny is a PT, Online Fitness Coach and BJJ Fanatic (2 Stripe White Belt). He has an entrepreneurial background and has run a number of small business including a successful high street retail store. He has a particular interest in endocrinology and wearing moisturiser.Paul works for a Healthcare Charity as National Lead for Clinical Fitness. He is a BASRaT-reg Graduate Sport Rehabilitator and Specialist Exercise PT, and in a previous life, worked in sales and business development. Paul is also a BJJ Fanatic (not a White Belt) however, is old and usually injured so barely trains. They talk to experts and get the everyday perspective, to help men remove the negative head talk, be accountable, get off their asses, find purpose, and level up through self-improvement and ultimately escape low mood!
