Awesome podcast!

As someone who’s struggled with mental health, I look forward to the Goodness Chick podcast every week as a reminder to recharge and take time for myself. Erin is constantly giving tips and guidance on mental health, wellness, and how to live life with a full cup, and doesn’t shy away from interesting or hard to talk about topics! Check out her podcast for some positivity and goodness!

I listen every Monday morning on my way in to work. Inspiring, empowering and absolute goodness!

The Goodness Chick falls no short of her name and neither do her podcasts. I was lucky enough to discover The Goodness Chick and now I listen all the time to the ever changing but very relevant podcasts of the goodness chick. She talks not only about everyday issues but also things we may feel uncomfortable talking about but that we should be talking about. If you want something with listening to, this is absolutely it.

Erin, (LAWLER) is your go-to-goodness guru!! Highly recommended podcast even if you’re not a hardcore Podcaster. Short episodes completely packed/overflowing with good things and thoughts to feed your soul. Must listen for parents, counselors, teacher especially!!!

I had the most painful experience in having to attend two funerals over the past three years for the way to young and possibly more in the coming months,; so I know all to well the work and dedication Erin is doing for our youth and anyone with addiction problems is greatly needed. I believe Erin totally gets the problem and has a way of communicating that brings hope and possibilities to those who may feel otherwise. She is one of those special people god sends to us for reinforcement and support in our lives. Just listen to her and you will agree

The Goodness chick is incredible and inspirational. Her podcasts are always relevant to everyday topics and her advice is always on point.

What I love about this podcast, is you do not have to be a parent to gain some seriouslyly needed awareness of the things happening around us. Though I am a parent, I don't know anyone who couldn't benefit from listening to the Goodness Chick. Awareness makes a huge difference in the world. If we don't know, we can't do better. This lady is so well versed in her topics. She has profound knowledge is so many different areas. She is witty and youthful and does a great job wisely educating on important topics for today’s youth! Highly recommend!

Patterson makes you look at life in a whole different perspective. She gives you tools to help you through a myriad of different obstacles. I listen to her podcasts on my way to school eery day. It is the most refreshing feeling to me when I apply the tools and advice she provides in my life and I see astronomical changes. HIGHLY recommend this podcast.

All of Erin’s podcasts are right on target for what is happening in society. She does amazing work with our teens and has so many helpful insights for parents. These podcasts are amazingly awesome just like Erin! Keep up the good work!
