You Need to Treat People Better. It's as simple as that. In today's world, it is easy to avoid interacting with people who put us in uncomfortable situations, but this disenfranchises those with disabilities and/or social ineptitude. We have a responsibility to treat these people with kindness, whereas others wouldn't.
