These 'kamikaze' drones are being supplied exclusively by the Iran regime, whose sales they leverage to help oppress the Iranian people - as speakers, John Spencer, Patrick Fox and Sam Bendett comment on. Major John Spencer - an expert and advisor on urban warfare currently serving as Chair of the Urban War Studies with Madison Policy Forum, previously doing so at the Modern War Institute at West Point.
Patrick Fox - former Air Force Security Forces airman who spent time in a diverse set of roles and achieved a Bachelor's in Political Science from Tennessee State University and Master's in Security from UCL.
Sam Bendett - an Adviser with CNA Strategy, Policy, Plans and Programs Center (SP3), where he is a member of the Russia Studies Program. He is also an Adjunct Senior Fellow at the Center for a New American Security.
