I’m listening to the third episode. She referenced two prior episodes. Where are they?

I’ve know the oral arguments of the Supreme Court are available online for years, but without the historical backdrop, it’s difficult to make sense of them. I’ve always dreamed someone would make a podcast putting these arguments in context, and here it is! This podcast is a delight, and a necessary listen for younger women like myself, who cannot fathom the legal discrimination that was standard at the time.

Thank you for this podcast. Though a scientist and not a lawyer, I am thoroughly enjoying learning how the amazing RBG navigated a hostile environment for the benefit of all society and especially women. So clear and easy yo understand even if this is not your area of study. Definitely a must listen to All, especially on these times. I am SO sad you decided to end this, please reconsider and talk about now the cases she participated as a judge and then justice!... I have learned so much, I honestly will miss this tremendously!

I have learned so much about RBG and her influence on the Court prior to her joining as a Justice. I love listening to the back and forth between Ginsburg and the justices during oral arguments and enjoy the way the narrator tells these stories in an accessible way

An incredibly insightful analysis of pivotal civil rights decisions that changed our nation’s history. A must listen for those interested in constitutional law, civil rights history, attorneys, and those who hope to become attorneys. Oh, and of course RBG fans as well (although the takeaways are beyond an RBG appreciation project).

Lauren does an amazing job giving the historical context and behind the scenes tidbits of RBG's oral advocate years. Anyone interested in RBG, SCOTUS, sex discrimination law, or women in law in general, should DEFINITELY listen!

Lauren’s thoughtful mashup of actual recorded oral arguments from RBG and analysis makes for an interesting show! As a university student considering law school, this podcast has inspired me to take courses on the Supreme Court, learn more about the process, and even buy a book on RBG! It is so great to see the consequential impact Justice Ginsburg has had on the nation and I can’t wait for more episodes.

I listened to all the episodes except for 4 today on a road trip for Court. It was absolutely mesmerized. I loved it so much I learned so much about the supreme court arguments. I loved listening to RBG making her oral arguments. She is amazing, so calm and knowledgeable. I could only hope to be as articulate as she is someday. Thank you for this podcast. I wish I had had this when I was in law school it would’ve helped me understand these standards of review so much better.
