Hurting in Hotlanta
Thank you for providing this podcast. I am still reeling from trying to figure out my last ghosting episode and your podcast is providing me needed comfort.
I can’t sleep at all so I listen to your podcast until I manage to fall asleep for a few hours each night.
Working is also becoming difficult. I have a career as a Court Reporter and I can’t focus on my transcripts as I try to turn this over and over around in my mind trying to figure out what happened. The thoughts just invade my mind 24/7 and it is difficult to keep them at bay.
Please keep doing what you’re doing. I too am a GenX person and I am appalled at some of the things that I’m having to put up with now in this Brave New Twisted World of dating.
I want to share my ghost story of my short-liveof Situationship because I don’t even think it qualifies as a relationship. I am simply in too much pain right now to do so.

I feel the same way that you do because I told my ghost about a prior ghosting episode and how that was the only thing I did not want them to do to me.
I really was vulnerable when I divulged this request to my ghost during the “love bombing” phase of my situationship.
Despite that, he ended up doing the one thing that I asked for him to not do.
So in that way, I feel like we are kindred spirits.
That really resonated with me when you shared that in episode 2 of the cast.
One of these days I’ll be strong enough to share my ghost story.
More importantly I think that sharing my story will help me heal.
Thank you again.

Eye-opening and healing
Such a great podcast. The episode with Ken Reid was wildly useful. Thank you so much for this beacon of light.

5/5 podcast
Listened to this podcast the first time when I was snowed in due to a snow squall. Love it.

Excited to find this!
This podcast has a lot of cool concepts in it. I would love to hear more episodes about friendship ghosting. For example, the episode about the mom group ghosting situation was extremely interesting to me. (marble jar friendship) I feel like there is definitely more to that story and would love to have heard the perspective of the people who ghosted her. (not possible I know, but would have been so interesting 🤩) I would also love some brave ghosters to come on and share specific social situations they were in and what led up to them ghosting someone. Hope to hear more soon 😊

Comfort
There is comfort in numbers when you experience the bad behavior of ghosting and more. You aren’t alone in this very hurtful and inhumane phenomenon. Appreciate the stories and bravery of those who share their painful stories. There are humans with feelings behind the screens, people!!!
