Mike also has useful tips and information about gardening events and organizations in our area. Mike’s love and knowledge of yards and gardening evolved over four decades working in retail sales, landscape contracting and ownership of the Wiggins Lawn Spray Services. Simultaneously, he also hosted The Garden Spot on BLAB TV for almost 30 years. Many know Mike for his service on the Pensacola City Council from 1995-2009, and as Mayor from 2009-2011. A graduate of Pensacola Junior College (and also FSU), Mike currently serves as a board member emeritus of the Pensacola State College Foundation and belongs to Pensacola Five Flags Rotary.
