Dr. Lisette Alba is a certified Functional Medicine Specialist, Mindset Coach, and Essential Oils Educator. She is a dedicated wife and mother of two princesses.  Dr. Lisette earned her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Nova Southeastern University in 2008 in sunny South Florida where she was born and raised. Prior to entering the world of Functional Medicine and launching her own practice, Holistic Simple Living, LLC, she spent 13 years working as a Retail and Clinical Pharmacist with various leadership roles.  

 Dr. Lisette is currently working on becoming a Certified Yoga Teacher. During her struggle with Rheumatoid Arthritis, she discovered the healing benefits of yoga and meditation for the body and mind.  She wishes to share her knowledge of yoga with her clients.   In addition to yoga, she enjoys walking, dancing, going on vacations with her family to explore different cities, and going to the beach.   After struggling with her own health challenges with autoimmune disease and regaining control of her health, she found her calling to empower other women to regain control of their life and health by using a simple holistic approach.   

Dr. Lisette specializes in educating stressed out women to change their mindset, manage stress and achieve health goals with holistic lifestyle changes so they can create their ideal life.
