The latest episode had sound issues but they fixed it quick! This series is one of the best true crime and I love how it takes place in Florida!

The six seasons of this podcast are fantastic, but the most recent season is completely unable to be listened to. The audio is terrible. If someone could fix this, this would be a four-star podcast.

Most underrated podcast out there! I’m really looking forward to Season 6! South Fla always provides the most insane cases in the world and I enjoy how many of the voices from the past are utilized here. A++++

I love the storytelling of this podcast. Wondered if the Podcaster has thought of doing the case of Florida mother Denise Amber Lee who was murdered in January 2008 after being abducted from her home. Thank you very much

I just started listening to these on my commute to and from work & the time just flies by.! Currently making my way through all the seasons can't wait to see what you have in store for next season!

I Really enjoy Justin Long and his sidekick brother Christian! Justin is witty, thoughtful and a sweetheart of a guy as well as a superb interviewer. The brotherly antics and the throwback music are most enjoyable and add to the overall charm.

The Florida Files has some of the best stories that I remember happening but didn’t know all the details. The narrator is great and the music is sooo good. Plus the interviews. And they constantly have new episodes! What’s next???

I was born and raised in Florida, and it is a very weird part of the world. Combine that with Florida’s very open free press laws, which say police must provide news reporters with nearly all information known about a case makes it a hot bed for crazy, scandalous news. I love this podcast because it is so professional in the way it addresses major cases which happened in Florida—not just the most attention-grabbing, but ones which have become local legends due to their complexity and their impact on Florida society. We’re a weird bunch, for sure, but Floridians do have their own culture, which is just as bizarre.

This is a great series whether you are from Florida or not. The storytelling is wonderful and the host’s voice really makes this a pleasure to listen to, plus there are so many details!

This was an excellent 5 part story. Michelle S did a great job- I learned a lot about this tragic story that I had never heard before. I can’t wait to hear the next story.

I love this podcast. The orator gives great details she makes you feel like you are there, music selection is on point however episodes are only about 20-30 minutes long. It leaves you wanting more. The episodes can be longer. Heartbreaking story, great journalism. Thank you for shedding light.

So far this podcast is pretty interesting. My only issue so far is how short the episodes are. They could easily make one good episode that’s 30 minutes to an hour long.

I thoroughly enjoyed listening to this podcast. The way the story is told enables the listener to picture it perfectly. Can’t wait for next weeks episode.

Local 10 is my favorite news station and now I can listen to the Florida Files on the go. The way Michelle Solomon tells the story is as though you’re actually there. I can’t wait for her next episode. #hookedonthefloridafiles
