On this episode we talk to Luis Rosales, Founder of Love and Fear Foundation located in West Los Angeles, about all things mental health. From the importance of your mental health to making sure to take a few minutes out of your day to clear out your cache and much, much more. We hope you guys like the episode. Make sure to follow Luis on Instagram @lovefearfoundation where you can find many resources to connect you to the help you might need.
Love & Fear Foundation is located in West Los Angeles and we serve the BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ communities by providing them with information, education and access to mental health resources. They leverage a network of therapist, counseling centers and public resources to connect people with the help they need. They connect you with a resource that matches your needs. If you are an LGBTQIA+ person then they match you up with an LGBTQIA+ therapist or counseling center. If you are undocumented they match you with an undocumented or latinx resource.
Luis started Love & Fear Foundation because he experienced firsthand that therapy is a privilege usually only afforded to those from higher social and economic status, but he also recognized that part of that privilege comes from them developing a cross generational awareness, or culture, around the subject of mental health.
