It's about time that we recognize the difference between stimulus money and tax credits. It's not a very pretty picture because those child tax credits is gonna come out the taxpayers ass. Stimulus doesn't have to be paid back because it's spending money to boost the economy and the markets. If recurring stimulus had happened, there wouldn't have been such a sharp rise in inflation rates.
