He went with a film from directors DK Welchman & Hugh Welchman comes “Loving Vincent.” This film was ENTIRELY made with real life paintings for every frame. Hey there Snobbies, we are at the end of all things….VAL. This is the final Val film and Jared’s pick. He brings us a CLASSIC choice from director Stephen Hopkins, “The Ghost and the Darkness.” LION, LION, LION, LION! This film was a major film from Eric and Jared’s childhood. Snobbies, this was a difficult watch. We are ending our journey through the senses with Hearing. This pick was agreed on by all the snobs and Directed by Jonathan Glazer, “The Zone of Interest.” This film follows a German officer who is in charge of the largest death camp in charge of exterminating the Jewish people, Auschwitz-Birkenau. We talk through the effective soundtrack and horrific sound design that truly gives this film a feeling that can only be seen and heard to truly be experienced.
