Episode 14: How to Love yourself and Be your Own Best Friend. I once watched an advert on TV and I saw that we had the potentially to achieve three amazing things in life 1. Being the fastest, 2. Being the best, 3. Being the greatest. This got me so excited and I started thinking of what I could do to be one of these three.
