Learning from our mistakes however, is an awesome thing and so this week we invited former Fire Fighter Instructor, and all around training guru, Glenn Brumley to chat about some training mishaps we have experienced. It's amazing how reflecting on opportunities can bring out some great learnings such as the value and use of a Parking Lot and the importance of humility in the classroom.
