I just started podcasts, and these guys are hilarious!

Definitely happy I came across this podcast. I knew I was hooked after I listened to the new slaves episode, by far my favorite. I constantly find myself laughing, agreeing and above all learning new things all the time. Keep doing what y’all are doing! Also, we all know Alex won the thanksgiving dinner draft lol!

I love how they are unapologetically black on their platform. They keep it real and can have meaningful dialogue about current events such as politics and celeb/entertainment topics. Keep it up!

It’s great to hear black men speak intelligently on issues that really matter without being problematic. I became a life-long fan when one of them gave a long speech on sexual assault in Hollywood. Also, the guest are great and very informative! My fave was the army vet and hearing about the all black film streaming service.

Through the collaborative network of POC produced podcasts, I learned about the Extraordinary Negroes. I love the thoughtful analysis of shows we all watch, the accessible and fun approach of the hosts, and the timely sound effects! Keep up the great work!-B

I have been a fan of the Extraordinary Negroes podcast from day 1. Podcasters Jay and Alex provide a comedic twist to very important issues within the African American communities. Because of them and their guests, I have gained an interest in areas of financial literacy, entrepreneurship, self care, travel, politics, shrimp and grits and so much more. These topics make for great conversations with family and friends and help educate those who may be unaware. I'm always looking forward to hearing next episode. Keep up the great work!
