You will never be perfect, nothing will ever feel finished, and there is always something else to do. So just do it. Easier said than done, I know, don't come for me..... But we are discrimination machines, and what I mean by that is that we are destined and programmed to always find the tiniest flaw within an idea or plan, and then this coupled by the fact we are all cucumbers with anxiety it can stop us in our tracks when trying to move forward.
