This episode we had another SC legend who came in & gave us as what we like to call “free game”. He told us stories about how his recruitment went during his playing days vs how it is now. Then he gave us advice on how to deal with this new generation of AAU basketball along with tips & tricks on some of the things he does with his team G.O.O.D SC. Then lastly of course you know we had to get his advice on relationships.

After a few reschedules , we finally got a South Carolina Alumni & Legend on the show. We talked about his personal journey to becoming a professional basketball player along with his tenure at University of South Carolina he gave us an inside story pf how his recruitment process was and if HBCU schools was after him. Secondly he opened up to us about his personal success and failures as he fulfilled his goal of being a pro athlete. He then gave us an insight of how it goes down behind the curtains of professional and he quickly learned it was more than basketball. Lastly he told us how much of a role his wife Mrs.Lucas played while he trying to manage both lifestyles as a professional & a black father. Then he let us know when he knew it was time to retire.

We talked about who are some of the best if not the best female rappers in todays music. We then discussed the 2nd on down of best white rappers because obviously we should all agree that title belongs to Eminem. Then lastly we tried to figure out who are the best rappers overall. & i apologize now that we did not mention Lil Wayne not one time.

This was a special episode with one of my old legendary AAU coaches and now the Head Coach at Gray Collegiate Academy in Columbia,SC. In the episode we discussed how did the storied AAU team ‘South Carolina Ravens’ begin and ultimately end as well. Secondly we asked if he could name an all-time starting 5 in SC Ravens history. Then he gave us an exclusive story of how he ended up at Gray Collegiate & how he talked to his players about attending HBCU schools. Lastly he told us about how his Wife Mrs.Bethea pushes him to be great not only as a coach but black father & husband, along with some great stories, come take a listen.

This Episode we had a former high school legend QB come through and talk some football with us. We talked about the qualities that make a great QB. Then he told us about how he got back into football at an HBCU after losing his mother. Then we tried to figure out if this is a new wave of former players coaching for an HBCU was going to be a trend or something with a short fuse. Lastly we we discussed Top QBs & WR of All-Time.

Part 2!!!! This one got a little heated. We discussed his All-Time Starting 5. Then we asked his opinion to decide between Jordan vs LeBron. We also talked about how he personally graded his time at VCU and if he lived up to his own expectations and he told us who are the guys who gave him the most trouble on the basketball when he was playing. Lastly he gave us an exclusive about how the prestige AAU team ‘T.O.P.P Sports’ originated.
