John Paul Jose is an environmental and climate activist based in Kerala, India. From running plantation drives to collaborating with Greenpeace, to being a Global Peace Ambassador, John has been recognised by Rainforest Alliance as one of “5 Youth Activists Leading the Charge on Climate Action” and one of India Times’s “22 Brave, Young Climate Change Warriors Who Are Fighting To Save Our Planet.” 

In this episode, we discuss the importance of youth voices in the environmental movement, how the pandemic has exacerbated the impacts of the climate crisis, and the many ways in which   youth can get involved with fighting for a just and sustainable future for all.
