I started this first episode feeling a mixture of emotions that I wasn't sure of. As I started recording I realized exactly how I was feeling and how it may be because I was feeling lonely. Starting University is such an exciting, yet scary experience and I wouldn't say that it is navigated by everyone in the same way. Let's unpack that!
