Please come back!! 🙏🏾😢😭

Really loves it when it was coming out, but it seems to have podfaded

Love the work that Curtis and his guest hosts do. Only complaint would be the long breaks from time to time.

My only complaint is new episodes don’t come out fast enough!

This podcast gives an excellent explanation of all issues that they need to cover! Kurtis and his guests are able to explain all the issues they go over very quickly! It’s great and I would recommend to any “true believers”! Goodbye and excelsior!

Kurtis and guests always break these books down so well and explain what works and what didn’t for them. They’re all not perfect, but I love to hear their opinions. Keep it up!! Cheers!!

Kurtis! Thank you for putting in the work brother! I’ve enjoyed digging into this show so much. 👏

If you’re into the epic collections marvel puts out then the pod and the site are great resources.

Kurtis does an amazing job discussing the individual issues included in the many Marvel Epic collections. The most impressive part of this podcast library, though, are the many interviews Kurtis has conducted of various writers, artists, and editors from Marvel’s history. I love hearing these old stories and greatly enjoy the perspective they add when reading the Epic books. Importantly, Kurtis conducts each interview with class and grace while asking insightful questions, resulting in a treasure trove of information we should be thankful for as we move further in time from the start of the Marvel super hero universe.

Thanks for a great show. I have been reading comics since the late 70s and this is perfect for me. I love the epic collections and the reviews are engaging but not too heavy. I never listed to podcast as I never had the time as a busy dad of three but this is perfect. Thank you. Austin

Here is a marvelous celebration that we need in our lives. The podcast is deeply informative but never alienating. The conversations are enthusiastic, warm, and inviting. Not to mention rad guest-stars! Hit that subscribe button.

Great guests (the creators and editors) as well as fun, thoughtful commentary. If you are a fan of the Epic Collections or Marvel in the 70s and 80s in particular, this is the podcast for you.

This is a great podcast. Fun to read the content, Then review with Kurtis and friends. Also Kurtis does a fantastic job with his interviews.

A fun/positive show (no annoying comic shop denizens to be found here) featuring great interviews with amazing creators.

Hands down the best comic discussion show on the internet. In depth!

This is a great show, and I’m surprised he doesn’t have more reviews. The host is great and knows his stuff, and he lands some pretty heavy hitters as far as guest interviews. If you like the 60s through 90s stuff, you need to check this pod out. Every episode he either breaks down an epic collection (15 or so issue trades of certain characters) or has a great interview with a writer or editor from Marvel. Always interesting and fun to listen to, keep up the great work. I actually have a list of stories I want to read and then go back and listen to the episodes once I’ve read the source material.

Very good podcast that covers the Marvel Epic collections, plus some good bonus material as well! Solid content, regularly scheduled episodes, and a variety of cohosts make this podcast a weekly download!

Kurtis and his various co-hosts review the Marvel Comics Epic Collections in depth, describing and critiquing each issue included in each collection in its turn. Occasionally, Kurtis will interview some of the creators, and will intersperse the creators thoughts in during the podcast. The creator interviews are also presented in their entirety as well. On occasion, they'll also review some non-Epic Collections, such as the Venom and Transformers reveiws. Well worth a listen if you're into Marvel, and especially if you're collecting the Epics.

Wanted to listen to the Avengers Under Siege episode but one of the hosts spoke very poor English. Oh well maybe next time.

Merry Marvel Marching Society members assemble! Great discussion on great comics and absolutely rock solid interviews with the creators. If you enjoy Marvel comics form the 1960s to today; you need to be reading the Epic Collections and listening to this podcast.

Love the podcast. Very detailed. Covers really cool important pieces of Marvel history. Even if you don’t have the trade. Make you want to buy to read and listen along. I was so happy to find they had done Moon Knight!!!!

I love the focused reviews of these epic podcasts. The discussions are great and the companion interviews are amazing. Top notch podcast!

My thanks to Adam Chapman for suggesting this podcast.

I just starting getting into the epic line and this is the perfect podcast for that. Covering the epic line and interviews of the very writers and artists we just read is fantastic! One of the best marvel podcasts out there!!

Great show! If you are a fan of the Marvel Epic Collections this show is an awesome reading companion with tons of great interview content spliced into discussions on the issues in each volume. A definite recommendation.
