Vulnerability has a bad reputation. At times it's thought to be a sign of weakness or being messy. Vulnerability is necessary for our spiritual, emotional, and mental growth. In this episode, the host Iesha Grove discusses how you can be vulnerable, why it’s so hard to be vulnerable, and the role it plays in personal growth and healing. We encourage you to walk away after listening to the episode, knowing how vulnerability can create true connection, as well as how bravely sharing personal stories of how you overcame challenges leads to inspiration, belonging, and impact. Vulnerability is hard. Especially if we get used to keeping our "sword" up. The challenge is for you to think back to a time when you were truly vulnerable with someone and recall what happened. Now, think about how can you take what you learned from that experience along with the encouragement from this episode, and apply it to your life today. Let us know your story- we want to hear from you!
