The Eclectic Underachiever Podcast
Alan Trim
For those wanting more than the tired trope of self help. Conversational and occasionally intelligent.
#3: The Company Culturist
Philip Turner established The Chestnut Group in May 2012. He had the vision to create a family of holsteries, under the Chestnut umbrella, which would defy pigeon-holing into the standard classifications of pub, hotel or restaurant, but be simply synonymous with a great experience. They've created six such eateries in less than four years. A profound achievement only exceeded by their ability to maintain such excellent standards. A grounded and driven man. Interesting to hear what drives him and the businesses forward.

#2: Fitness and Life
Iain Mahony is formerly a personal trainer to the wealthy and ambitious of Mayfair. Smart, funny and insightful. I've enjoyed a close friendship with him for the past few years. Our rambles go from what people worry about on their deathbed to wasted talent and our troubles with money. A roaming conversation, much in the mould of the last. If you're enjoying the show please subscribe and share with friends.

#1: The Base Jumping Cosmonaut
Andrew moved to the States to pursue a life as a highly skilled parachutist and base jumper. Connecting with a community, many saw as 'adrenaline junkies' but were operating much more deeply together. He's seen friends lose their lives and had his scrapes, almost surmounting in his death. It all brought them closer together. A considered and fascinating guy, I hope you enjoy.
